WHAT TYPES OF WIGS DOES HHG CREATE?
We create U-parts, L-parts, V-parts, Side-parts, Half wigs, Lace closure wigs, Full wigs with and without closures, Frontal wigs, Bob Wigs and short cap wigs (COMING SOON).
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
HHG accepts all major credit and debit cards(Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover) via Square secure payments. Orders may be placed directly on our website, or an invoice can be emailed to you. Receipts are automatically emailed via Square once payment is received.
As we aim to accommodate all of our clients, if you do not have a debit/credit card, we also accept postal money orders as well. ***If utilizing this method, creation of the unit will not begin until the money order is received.***
ARE YOUR WIGS HAND-SEWN OR GLUED?
All units are hand sewn to a breathable, mesh weaving cap with adjustable straps in the back. Spandex caps may also be utilized if requested. **Cap wigs will be glued.**
HOW MANY BUNDLES WILL I NEED TO HAVE A WIG MADE?
For lengths up to 16", at least 2 bundles are needed and for lengths 18" to 22", at least 3 bundles. Lengths 24" or longer, at least 4-5 bundles are needed to complete the wig and to ensure that the wig is full. Please keep in mind that hair is measured when stretched and the longer the hair, the shorter the weft(the less hair in the bundle), therefore more hair will be needed to complete units consisting of very long lengths . ***Kinky bundles will require less bundles, regardless of the length, due to the coarseness of the hair***

CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN BUNDLES TO HAVE A WIG MADE?
Of course! After your order has been placed, shoot us a quick email and we will provide you with our mailing address.
WHAT IS THE TURN-AROUND TIME TO HAVE A WIG MADE?
Due to our high volume of orders, the turn around time is 7-10 days. If the wig is needed by a specific date, please advise prior to placing your order to ensure that we can accommodate you. Rush service is also available for an additional fee.
DOES HHG ACCEPT DEPOSITS?
HHG does not accept deposits and we do not offer layaway. Full payment is due in order to begin the construction of your unit.
DOES HHG SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do. HHG provides free Priority shipping anywhere in the U.S. International clients will be invoiced for shipping charges based on their location.
DOES HHG CREATE WIGS WITH PREVIOUSLY USED HAIR?
Yes. If the previously used tracks were sewn, not glued, yes. In addition, the tracks must be in good condition and clean. HHG will NOT create any units with previously used hair that has not been properly cleaned or that contains glue on the wefts.
If the wefts have been cut, please send the wefts grouped together and labeled by length. If this is not done, HHG will return your wefts and provide you with a refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. It is EXTREMELY time consuming to match lengths of wefts that have been cut!
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT'S BEEN PLACED?
Orders can be changed if construction of the unit has not yet begun. If additional services are needed, you will receive an invoice for these services and construction of the unit will begin once full payment has been received. Changes cannot be made to the unit once the creation process has started.
HHG suggests that you review all of our services and ask LOTS of questions prior to placing your initial order! We're here to ensure that your unit and experience is truly customized to you!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
As all units are custom made, HHG does not provide refunds. HHG will only provide a refund if we have somehow GROSSLY deviated from the requested construction of the unit.
As HHG is in constant communication with you during the construction of your unit and detailed pictures of your completed unit are emailed to you prior to shipping to confirm that the unit is satisfactory and also allowing a chance for any last minute changes, the likelihood that HHG will deviate from the requested construction of your unit is zero!
If there is an issue with your unit, please communicate with us within 3 days of receipt of your unit to advise and we will work diligently to resolve your concern in every way possible! Every client is important to us, along with our units, customer service and reputation.
